Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 USD (before taxes and after discounts) within eligible regions.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Infinity Lane is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Infinity Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
